About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of diverse candidates and tracking their progress through the selection process
  • Participate in candidate outreach and communication, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Help coordinate logistics for onboarding, intern field events, and offboarding
  • Learn to use systems like Workday and CRM tools to manage candidate data and reporting
  • Collaborate with recruiting specialists and leaders to identify process improvements
  • Shadow and support implementation of the Recruiting Playbook and selection best practices
  • Work closely with the Advisor Growth Center of Excellence and regional Advisor Group leaders to support recruiting operations
  • Gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, cross-team collaboration, candidate experience, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current college junior, senior, or recent college graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday or CRM tools is a plus
  • Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships by collaborating with business partners and teams by fully understanding their needs and consistently meeting their expectations
  • Strong problem identification and analytical skills
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Open to a flexible, hybrid work environment
  • Ability to work in the United States for indefinite period without sponsorship
