About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians
Provide weekly group supervision
Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours
Provide at least seven hours per week of supervision, depending on resident caseload size
Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week
Provide documentation oversight
Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development
Complete weekly documentation evidencing supervision sessions
Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns
Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues
Provide evidence-based telehealth and face-to-face care to Florida clients
Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the specified location with an LCSW license
Must reside permanently within the state of Florida
Independently licensed and living in Florida — LCSW
Consistently available to clients
Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children
Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
Minimum four years of clinical social work experience
Two years of clinical social work experience may be earned during a post-master's clinical internship; remaining two years must be post-licensure
Must have completed post-licensure supervision training through an eligible graduate course, continuing education course, post-graduate field-instructor course, or AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
