About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Virginia
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
- Maintain a minimum availability of 25 client sessions and 30 hours weekly
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing

Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing Virginia State Licensure as a LCSW in Virginia
- Approved by the board as a LMSW
- Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Virginia
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
- Good teammate and positive contributor
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
