About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care
- Provide sessions to clients across the country
- Treat depression and anxiety
- Conduct client intakes and diagnose under a licensed supervisor
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly
- Use telehealth and EHR tools
- Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations
- Contribute to the clinical community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approved by the board as a LMHCA
- Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Washington
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
- Good teammate and positive contributor
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
