About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support process improvement initiatives across multiple departments by gathering requirements, mapping workflows, documenting processes, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Assist with project planning and coordination, including timelines, stakeholder management, meeting notes, and action-item tracking
  • Participate in root cause analysis, gap assessments, and solution brainstorming sessions
  • Maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
  • Contribute to change management efforts by preparing communications, training materials, and documentation
  • Track performance metrics and monitor the impact of implemented improvements
  • Build cross-functional working relationships and collaborate with teams to understand current-state challenges
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through curiosity, problem-solving, and structured thinking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, healthcare administration, or process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for operational excellence
  • Exposure to healthcare or behavioral health environments
  • Familiarity with Lean or process improvement concepts, such as value stream mapping and root cause analysis
  • Experience with data or BI tools, including Excel, Sheets, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
  • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
