About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations to clients through ongoing telemedicine
Treat a diverse population with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and ADHD
Prescribe medication as needed to reduce mental health symptoms
Create and collaborate with clients on care plans
Complete and/or administer paperwork and assessment tools
Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services
Participate in the ADHD Clinic and treat ADHD clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
One year of psychiatry practice is required
Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
Three years of experience is a plus
Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up
Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
