About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a team of Campaign Management and National Optimization professionals
  • Build cross-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs
  • Support Client Services and New Business teams to drive revenue growth and maintain team performance and client service quality
  • Research clients, industries, and objectives to develop innovative cross-channel strategic plans
  • Conduct inventory evaluations and prepare formal proposals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on onboarding, launch, and post-fulfillment of custom programs
  • Support Campaign Managers throughout the program lifecycle
  • Share digital marketing knowledge, experience, and industry updates with teammates
  • Support Sales with new business proposal delivery and coach representatives on strategies and products
  • Lead as a technical and strategic expert on client pitch calls as needed
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and streamline proposal and onboarding processes
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, workload distribution, and day-to-day guidance for direct reports
  • Set performance expectations and conduct one-on-ones, coaching, and formal performance reviews
  • Identify development needs and create growth plans
  • Serve as escalation point for complex client or campaign issues
  • Ensure timely resolution, process consistency, and quality control across campaign performance and client communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, required
  • 7+ years of related experience, preferred
  • Digital marketing experience including SEM, SEO, websites, listings management, social media, and display
  • Experience working with bid management tools such as Acquisto, Skai, or Marin
  • Strong industry knowledge of pay-per-click mechanics, analysis, and reporting
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and related tools
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, macros, and conditional formatting
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • People leadership skills, including setting expectations, delegation, identifying skill gaps, and performance accountability
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete the pre-employment screening process
  • Must successfully complete required training or orientation courses
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Display preferred or ability to obtain
