About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including audiences, suppressions, personalization, links, and UTMs
  • Own campaign QA and ensure campaigns render as intended
  • Support and optimize automated lifecycle flows
  • Manage the lifecycle calendar and Asana workflow, securing inputs and surfacing risks early
  • Partner with Creative, Copy, Digital Merchandising, and Brand Strategy to keep briefs on schedule
  • Support testing across creative, copy, offers, audiences, cadence, and personalization
  • Contribute to list growth through email and SMS capture strategy and testing
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting and translate results into recommendations
  • Maintain standards for documentation, templates, linking practices, and QA
  • Report to the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing
  • Collaborate with Creative, eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, and Analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 4 years in lifecycle, email, CRM, or eCommerce marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders
  • Instinct for efficiency, including using AI to streamline workload
  • Methodical approach to quality assurance and ownership of work accuracy
  • Clear communication and judgment to raise risks early
  • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
  • Genuine curiosity about customer behavior
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to grow
  • Hands-on campaign building in Klaviyo or a comparable platform (nice to have)
  • Working understanding of segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and lifecycle performance (nice to have)
  • Fluency in Asana, Figma, Shopify, Attentive, or Tableau (nice to have)
  • Analytical approach and willingness to investigate data or technical issues (nice to have)
