About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, engage, and acquire new business partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates
- Drive new client acquisition through partner development
- Expand the company’s reach by developing relationships with potential partners across global markets
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and manage onboarding of new IBs
- Ensure new IBs are successfully integrated into the partnership structure
- Reach out to new potential partners
- Acquire new IB partners and reactivate inactive partners
- Build and manage a partner network
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
- Collaborate with international teams across different regions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FX / CFD / Online Trading / Crypto / iGaming / Banking industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
