About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Logistics Manager in coordinating end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, transport arrangements, and duties and taxes administration
- Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements
- Assist in coordinating freight bookings and maintaining relationships with logistics service providers to support cost-effective and efficient transportation
- Monitor shipment status, follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations
- Work with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution
- Support monitoring logistics costs, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns, and related expenses
- Assist in preparing regular logistics reports and KPI analyses
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure efficient cross-border logistics operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support logistics improvement projects, process optimization initiatives, and regional supply chain activities
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Perform other logistics and supply chain coordination tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company
- Experience with 3PL/4PL warehousing models and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with B2C deliveries, courier operations, and system/API integrations
- Proven experience in operations and system improvement, and new solution implementation
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems
- Fluent Polish and good command of English required; German is an advantage
