About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Logistics Manager in coordinating end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, transport arrangements, and duties & taxes administration
  • Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements
  • Assist in coordinating freight bookings and maintaining effective relationships with logistics service providers to support cost-effective and efficient transportation
  • Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution
  • Support the monitoring of logistics costs, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns, and related expenses, and assist in preparing regular logistics reports and KPI analyses
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure efficient cross-border logistics operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support the implementation of logistics improvement projects, process optimization initiatives, and regional supply chain activities
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Perform other logistics and supply chain coordination tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company
  • Experience with 3PL/4PL warehousing models and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience with B2C deliveries, courier operations, and system/API integrations
  • Proven experience in operations and system improvement, and new solution implementation
  • Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems
  • Fluent Polish and good command of English required
  • German is an advantage
