Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Tiime’s operational strategy in direct collaboration with senior leadership
Analyze, structure, and optimize operational processes to ensure service quality, compliance, and team scalability across customer-facing operations
Manage and coordinate the various team managers
Lead recruitment for the Operations teams
Ensure the continued development of the various teams’ skills
Define, monitor, and analyze strategic KPIs
Propose concrete action plans
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, and HR teams to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven management experience, including leadership of operational teams
Strong ability to retain talent and engage teams
Excellent analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills
