About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a technical consultant for sales teams and customers, understanding business challenges and translating requirements into suitable technology solutions.
Lead discovery activities, requirements gathering, technical feasibility assessments, and solution architecture definition.
Develop technical proposals for IoT, connectivity, telecommunications, cloud, security, collaboration, digital solutions, and AI projects.
Design architectures for complex, customized projects, integrating different products, platforms, and technology partners.
Support the sales process from opportunity qualification through solution presentation and defense before the customer.
Participate in technical and executive meetings with customers, helping identify needs and develop value propositions.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and strategic partners to enable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Assess risks, assumptions, technical dependencies, and operational impacts of proposed solutions.
Support RFPs, public tenders, and strategic requests, ensuring the technical and commercial consistency of proposals.
Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, statements of work, and presentation materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between the designed solution, commercial strategy, delivery capabilities, and the customer’s business objectives.
Work in a consultative, hands-on capacity, combining analytical ability, strategic vision, and innovation, with autonomy in developing complex solutions and collaborating with technical, commercial, and business partner teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting sales teams, preferably in Pre-Sales roles at telecommunications operators, technology providers, or IT and telecommunications companies.
Experience designing and supporting IoT, IT, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Knowledge of financial analysis and business case development, including assessing the economic feasibility and profitability of projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including scenario modeling and data analysis.
Experience with public coverage projects and private LTE/4G/5G networks is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technology field.
