About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the team in energy-related processes by identifying automation opportunities and enabling the integration and maintenance of systems and data
Digitize processes by creating monitoring indicators, KPIs, and operational documentation
Ensure budget tracking for the Energy department and manage interactions with energy distribution companies
Support BPO contract management, ensuring compliance with obligations related to the capture and payment of energy bills
Engage with distributors and suppliers to identify efficiency opportunities in energy account management
Map opportunities for tariff adjustments through contract simulations
Develop automatable solutions and processes for data manipulation and validation
Analyze energy bills, identify anomalies, and pursue financial recovery or prevent unplanned costs
Control documentation and flag deviations related to deadlines, fines, scope of supply, disbursements, and contractual clauses
Monitor the Energy team’s SOX control deliverables
Coordinate with Finance to align reporting models for the energy account
Monitor and control changes of account ownership, meter deactivations, new consumer-unit installations, and energy-sharing agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
A specialization in BI, Analytics, Cloud Computing, or Big Data is desirable
Experience in contract management
Experience in telecommunications companies, energy distribution companies, energy retailers, or technology companies
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M languages
Knowledge of Brazilian electricity-sector laws, decrees, regulatory resolutions, and other legal instruments
Knowledge of Six Sigma
Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Power Apps
Knowledge of Python or R for RPA, data manipulation, and web scraping
Knowledge of the SAP PD4 module
Availability for a hybrid work model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
