About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities performed by subcontractors in the field
Provide technical support to teams in troubleshooting failures and implementing resilience measures
Supervise corrective and preventive activities carried out by subcontracted companies, validating and approving technical reports
Provide N2 and N3 support for Mobile Network equipment (2G, 3G, and 4G)
Plan and control infrastructure maintenance for mobile and fixed networks
Assess the quality of maintenance evidence and record outstanding items
Prepare activity trackers and schedules for contracted companies
Consolidate technical information into management reports, addressing outstanding items and identifying opportunities for improvement
Analyze technical and operational reports on corrective activities
Prepare operational reports
Share knowledge through on-the-job training
Support management with data and analysis for decision-making and strategy development
Prepare technical documentation and specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of telecommunications, including access networks and infrastructure (electrical installations and HVAC)
Experience troubleshooting with field operations and maintenance teams
Experience in the operation and maintenance of mobile networks
Experience managing and controlling projects in the telecommunications sector
Knowledge of activity tracking and management with an analytical mindset
Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
