About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead national governance of strategic network resilience indicators
  • Coordinate routines for managing major network indicators, including P4, P1/P2, BBLD, P3, and other critical topics
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical forums, ensuring structured feedback on root cause, action plans, and deadlines
  • Define and continuously improve analysis methodologies, prioritization criteria, and risk maps to support decision-making
  • Lead the development of structural resilience plans and monitor their progress through the RAV and GENESIS processes
  • Produce executive and operational materials for the Board of Directors, Executive Vice Presidency, and strategic forums
  • Develop dashboards, indicators, and automation solutions in partnership with data and technical teams
  • Measure the effectiveness of implemented plans, driving continuous improvement and feedback into network management processes
  • Serve as an integration point between Operations, Engineering, Planning, Shared Services, and Regional teams to reduce recurring issues and increase network robustness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience in Network Operations, Engineering, Planning, Performance, or Resilience
  • Experience developing, analyzing, and governing operational and strategic KPIs
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical projects and follow-up forums
  • Knowledge of mobile networks, transport networks, IP backbone, availability, and performance indicators
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and decision-support materials
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of RAV and GENESIS processes is a plus
  • Experience with automation, Power Automate, Python, and the application of Generative AI is a plus
  • Experience with risk maps, investment prioritization, process governance, and continuous improvement is a differentiator
