About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end procurement processes as the owner of the purchasing process timeline
Manage the procurement portfolio by reviewing and analyzing the supplier base to identify new opportunities and encourage innovative solutions
Support the validation of technical documents, including budgets and requirements, from a Procurement perspective
Analyze and validate commercial proposals
Create commercial models for negotiations
Liaise with suppliers and client/support functions, such as Legal and Finance
Support contract creation in SAP and monitor contract drafting
Monitor supplier qualification processes
Research potential suppliers
Ensure the procurement required for the company’s commercial operations, focusing on the engagement of commercial services and equipment, including devices, CPE, Customer Care services, Advertising, and the Cooperation Support Agreement (CSA)
Ensure the optimization of resources and operational, economic, and financial results, as well as supply continuity and compliance with quality standards and contractual regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
Experience in the telecommunications market and KPI monitoring
Solid experience procuring services, products, and goods that support business-area activities
Experience managing and analyzing legal contracts
Knowledge of SAP/Ariba processes and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of market best practices and business tools
Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing planning/structuring and negotiations
Knowledge of the organizational structure of the company’s Commercial departments
