About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define guidelines and methodologies for project management, with a focus on timelines and costs
Map and report the impacts and results of programs and projects within the assigned scope
Lead end-to-end cellular mobile network projects, from planning through implementation and closure
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and performance indicators
Coordinate technical teams, vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders
Oversee projects involving 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, RAN, Access Core, transport, and network management platforms
Conduct project review meetings, executive forums, and status presentations
Develop and monitor action plans to address deviations, risks, and critical issues
Ensure integration among Engineering, Operations, IT, Architecture, Planning, Procurement, and vendor teams
Support the identification of opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual activities, and increase productivity
Evaluate and support Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and digital tool initiatives applied to mobile network management
Establish performance indicators, dashboards, and mechanisms to track project progress
Drive continuous improvement in project management and execution processes
Manage change and communication across different levels of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications), or Information Systems
Experience in Project Management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Experience with cellular mobile network projects
Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models
Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of automation, including low-code/no-code tools, scripting, RPA, Python, or similar solutions (a plus)
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI (a plus)
Experience automating management, engineering, or network operations processes (a plus)
Knowledge of Data Analytics, Power BI, dashboards, and data processing (a plus)
Experience with digital transformation initiatives (a plus)
Knowledge of AIOps, Machine Learning, or automation solutions applied to telecommunications (a plus)
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar (a plus)
Availability for a hybrid work model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
