About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define project management guidelines and methodology with a focus on timelines and costs
Map and report the impacts and outcomes of programs and projects within the assigned area
Apply project management methodology
Provide methodological and tool-based support to project team members in project management
Work with the relevant departments to ensure information alignment and focus on objectives
Assess market practices and identify and share project management best practices
Provide project monitoring metrics to stakeholders
Manage project scope, costs, and schedules
Track KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operations
Map assumptions, enablers, and impacts across programs and projects, working cross-functionally with technical teams, suppliers, business areas, and external departments
Lead and facilitate executive meetings with management, directors, and C-level executives regarding strategic and transformational programs and projects
Prepare reports, governance documents, executive and results presentations, information flows, monitoring scenarios, and action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Professional experience in project management
Knowledge of Lean/Agile development methodologies
Experience in budget management
Experience in performance management and monitoring (KPIs)
