Establish governance for software development factory workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within established deadlines
Centrally manage the OSS budget, ensuring the proper execution of CAPEX and OPEX
Manage software development contracts (Software Factory)
Oversee project management centrally through a project management office (PMO)
Design software operations and development processes
Lead the evolution of OSS systems and architecture, aligning them with strategic priorities
Promote the modernization and simplification of the architecture, ensuring governance of documentation, licensing, and integration standards
Foster OSS innovation through artificial intelligence initiatives
Define and lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the OSS ecosystem, ensuring software solutions deliver quality and operational efficiency, maintain financial control, and comply with enterprise architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Production Engineering
Experience managing Information Technology budgets
Experience managing a test factory, including baseline and on-demand testing
Experience managing highly complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of telecommunications systems architecture
Knowledge of IT disciplines related to OSS in telecommunications companies
