Key responsibilities & impact

Support the management of the supplier payment process for Operations (CapEx and OpEx)
Create, complete, and approve purchase requisitions and orders (BOQ, PR, and FS)
Monitor the payment process for the department’s invoices
Prepare and analyze workflow and control reports
Develop controls focused on improving the invoicing process
Support financial analyses (physical progress vs. financial performance) and cost-reduction studies
Gather information for monthly accrual control and departmental budget management
Support financial planning and budgeting activities, including budget-versus-actual tracking, forecasting, and accruals
Lead supplier contracting, procurement, and payment processes to ensure financial and operational control

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
MBA in Finance or Controllership preferred
Experience collaborating with internal departments, including the CFO, Tax, Procurement, Economic Performance & Control, Operations Performance Demands, Mobile Access Planning, Network & IT Control CAPEX, and Regional Access Networks
Knowledge of SAP
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, preferably Copilot
Experience in financial planning, accounting close, and payment-process controls
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
