About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for conceptualizing the solution that best meets the client’s business needs and can be developed smoothly using the adopted technology.
Gather functional requirements and specifications for data projects.
Consolidate functional and technical requirements to define the architecture.
Develop specifications for proposed architectural solutions.
Prepare technical documentation for requirements specifications and status reports for project management.
Identify potential issues, impacts on models/prototypes, and connections with other existing systems.
Manage the project scope, costs, and timelines.
Develop schedules and test plans for proposed solutions.
Track KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operations.
Oversee testing, including system testing (ST), user acceptance testing (UAT), and pre-production testing.
Monitor issue and bug resolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields), Data Science, or Statistics.
Candidates with degrees in Business Administration or Marketing will also be considered, provided they have an established career in Data Analytics and a strong quantitative foundation.
Application architecture.
Data modeling.
Technology platforms.
Lean and Agile development methodologies.
Project management.
Product metrics and techniques.
Software and hardware architecture and systems.
Experience providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary squads in data transformation initiatives.
Experience in the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of key processes and systems across the business value chain (billing, CAC, traffic, credit, etc.).
Experience modeling and integrating data from multiple telecommunications systems.
Knowledge of cloud environments, especially GCP, applied to data platforms.
Experience with data architecture and governance for analytical environments.
