About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor
- Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies
- Listen to and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers and introduce products
- Set up field demonstrations and collect data to generate future sales
- Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events
- Develop a sales strategy to introduce products to customers within the assigned area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience
- Sales experience or motivation to learn
- Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute
- Passion for sustainable agriculture
- Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust
- Valid Driver’s License
