About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the content program and editorial calendar end to end
  • Translate marketing priorities into content creation, timing and delivery across website, editorial, product marketing and campaigns
  • Drive initiatives independently from brief to publication, solving delivery problems and shaping high-quality work directly
  • Manage organic content distribution and social plans to extend content reach and lifespan
  • Take product marketing priorities to market through product launches, sales enablement, product content, competitive assets and GTM materials
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing on campaign content, messaging and activation assets
  • Turn company research, original data and executive perspectives into thought leadership and derivative content
  • Create case studies, testimonials, customer stories and advocacy content with customer-facing teams
  • Incorporate SEO, AI visibility, content gaps and refresh opportunities into content planning
  • Analyze content, distribution, organic search and AI visibility performance and recommend improvements, expansion, repurposing or discontinuation
  • Orchestrate AI agents, automated workflows and AI-enabled systems for recurring marketing work
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Growth
  • Report to the Director of Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience across content and integrated marketing programs
  • Experience independently owning initiatives from priority or brief through planning, production, distribution and measurement
  • Experience owning content programs or editorial calendars in a B2B environment
  • Strong writing, editing and editorial judgement
  • Hands-on knowledge of organic social and content distribution, including repurposing source material across formats and channels
  • Familiarity with product marketing programs such as product launches, sales enablement or product-led content
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AI search visibility
  • Demonstrated use of agents, automations or AI-enabled workflows that materially improved marketing execution
  • Experience coordinating designers, writers, agencies, freelancers and other contributors
  • Strong project and stakeholder management
  • Comfort using data to decide what to improve, scale or stop
  • Remote availability with a minimum four-hour daily overlap with US Eastern business hours
  • Nice to have: customer storytelling, executive thought leadership, original research or PR-adjacent content
  • Nice to have: experience with Storyblok, HubSpot, Asana, GA4, Figma or Canva, and SEO or AI visibility platforms
  • Nice to have: background in workforce analytics, time tracking, HR tech or productivity software
