About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make outbound calls to eligible patients
  • Educate patients on the benefits of CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs
  • Complete eligibility assessments and patient enrollments
  • Accurately document patient interactions
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards
  • Submit availability for the upcoming two months by the 15th of each month
  • Attend first-week training Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Contractors may live in any U.S. time zone
  • Availability to consistently work 30–40 hours per week
  • Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer (no tablets or Chromebooks)
  • Computer no more than 2–3 years old with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent)
  • Comfortable using multiple computer applications while speaking with patients
  • Experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with patients
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
