About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prioritize key strategic accounts within healthcare, focused on large provider organizations and health systems
  • Proactively source and cultivate new business opportunities to expand TimeDoc's market presence
  • Build relationships with senior decision makers, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, physician owners, and VPs of Population Health
  • Uncover client needs across Advanced Primary Care Management, Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Population Health Management
  • Craft and deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations connecting TimeDoc's capabilities to organizational goals
  • Lead the full sales process, including discovery, executive alignment, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Maintain a disciplined and accurately forecasted pipeline
  • Negotiate contract terms and FFS and value-based pricing to close strategic deals of $1M+ ARR per deal
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce for all leads, opportunities, and interactions
  • Partner with sales support, product, legal, and finance to build customized proposals
  • Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, messaging, and repeatable processes
  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • 5-7+ years of full cycle B2B enterprise sales experience in tech enabled healthcare services, specifically chronic care, population health, or remote patient monitoring
  • Demonstrated ability to close individual deals of $1M+ ARR and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage effectively with senior healthcare leadership, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, physician owners, and VPs of Population Health, within large provider groups and health systems
  • Familiarity with major EHR ecosystems, including Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and NextGen
  • Understanding of interoperability challenges within provider organizations
  • Expertise in a structured sales qualification methodology (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of fee for service and risk/value based pricing models
  • Based within the Eastern U.S. territory, ideally the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, or Southeast region
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospects and clients and attend industry events
