About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct Timeless implementation projects as the primary customer contact
Develop and manage project plans using Smartsheet and internal tools
Manage implementation issues, de-escalating customers and escalating concerns when required
Apply continuous risk management to identify and assess risks
Collaborate with project teams to ensure implementation success and achievement of project goals
Manage scope and contract deliverables within agreed timelines and costs
Collaborate across Support, Sales, Account Management, Product Development, and other TMS teams
Structure and facilitate key project meetings
Use basic product configuration and functional knowledge
Communicate with all organizational levels and guide customer stakeholders
Validate financial forecasts and reconcile resources and project expenditures
Transition completed implementations to TMS Support

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year experience in Information Technology or Healthcare Industry
1+ Project Management experience, preferably in Software Implementations
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to manage small to medium implementations
Experience with standard project management software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, Google Suite)
Good written and oral communication skills
Proven presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
Effective timeline management
Reside within one hour of a major airport
Travel required (25-35%) for supporting customer go-lives
