About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing liaison for prospective clinical, technical/IT, and operational leadership during go-to-market initiatives
  • Articulate product value propositions and ensure customer stakeholders understand new product capabilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and target optimal sites for strategic pilots and proof-of-concept deployments
  • Define proof-of-concept structures, workflows, clinical/technical success criteria, and evidence-building frameworks with customer teams
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and alignment between internal TMS teams and external customer stakeholders
  • Collect, organize, and relay qualitative and quantitative feedback from pilot sites to Product Management, Marketing, and R&D
  • Measure pilot impact, evaluate success metrics, and formulate data-driven recommendations for commercial market expansion with the Business Intelligence GTM Analyst
  • Facilitate go-to-market strategy development for new markets using pilot outcomes, customer case studies, and evidence
  • Perform other reasonable employment tasks assigned by a leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of customer-facing experience in project management, strategic partnerships, product marketing, or business development
  • Healthcare IT, Health Systems, or Medical Device software experience preferred
  • Proven track record of managing complex software implementations, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept projects involving clinical and healthcare IT stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Communications, or related field required
  • Strong project management skills, including defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of healthcare customer roles, including clinical end-users, nurse managers, IT administrators, and hospital executive leadership
  • Ability to rapidly learn complex software products such as CPOE and SaaS platforms and represent them effectively to clinical and technical audiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams
  • Self-starter with high integrity, independence, and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with frequent cross-departmental interaction
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for customer site visits, pilot launches, and in-person planning sessions
