About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide district and charter schools through using Timely to build their master schedule
- Lead onboarding and training for new and returning school schedulers
- Provide end-to-end support to finalize schedules, solving complicated constraints and unique school needs
- Develop strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and scheduling teams
- Track success metrics for each school to support satisfaction and renewal rates
- Serve as a strategic thought partner on school scheduling priorities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues as Timely’s external representative with product and engineering support
- Manage district and charter network accounts through the Timely customer journey
- Establish partnership goals, implementation timelines, and training plans with district teams
- Provide tools and structures for district leaders to manage scheduling timelines and monitor school progress
- Support data integration by collaborating with district IT and Timely’s data integration team
- Own aspects of the data transfer process, including structuring data files for upload into the Timely app
- Communicate and coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Share customer feedback and implementation insights to improve sales, product, and the overall solution
- Contribute to off-season sales efforts through sales pitches, product demos, and answering prospective partner questions
- Contribute wherever needed to team success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules
- At least 2+ years of experience building and owning a middle and/or high school schedule
- At least 5 years inside a school
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work in a scrappy environment
- Customer success or related experience is a plus
- Experience building systems/processes is a plus
- Experience consistently delivering support to people and teams so they can achieve their goals is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment is a plus
- Detail-oriented, strategic, efficient, collaborative, and adaptable
- Must be authorized to work in the United States or indicate whether sponsorship will be required
