About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of schools and guide district and charter schools through building master schedules
  • Lead onboarding and training for new and returning school schedulers
  • Provide end-to-end support to finalize schedules
  • Develop strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, and scheduling teams
  • Track school success metrics, satisfaction, and renewal rates
  • Advise school-based teams on aligning schedules with their priorities
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with support from product and engineering
  • Manage district and charter network accounts through the customer journey
  • Establish partnership goals, implementation timelines, and training plans with district teams
  • Provide tools and structures for district leaders to manage scheduling timelines
  • Support data integration and data transfer processes with district IT and Timely’s data integration team
  • Communicate cross-functionally with sales and marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Share customer feedback and implementation insights
  • Contribute to general team operations and team success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules
  • Willingness to work in a scrappy environment
  • Availability and flexibility to work full-time seasonally from January through July
  • At least 2+ years of experience building and owning a middle and/or high school schedule
  • At least 5 years working inside a school
  • Experience developing systems/processes and delivering support to people and teams (plus)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (plus)
