About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of regional events, including hospitality experiences, partner events, and industry-specific gatherings
  • Oversee event planning and execution, including registration, shipping, setup, day-of event support, and post-event wrap-up
  • Support larger-scale tradeshows and tentpole events by coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring brand consistency
  • Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to align event messaging and goals with broader company objectives
  • Manage event vendor and partner relationships
  • Implement programs for channel reseller partners to increase event metrics
  • Manage regional event budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
  • Track event attendance, manage list uploads, and evaluate event success using KPIs and metrics
  • Provide post-event reports and insights
  • Oversee SWAG inventory and distribution to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on field marketing and events
  • Prior experience managing both small-scale and large-scale events
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage high-pressure situations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
