About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a customer-centric narrative for Tines’ platform capabilities
  • Work closely with product, engineering, commercial, and marketing teams to turn technical capabilities into clear positioning, compelling content, and effective product launches
  • Help reach IT customers and decision-makers across other lines of business
  • Connect a consistent platform story to the problems different business teams need to solve
  • Serve as a leading voice on where Tines fits in the evolving AI landscape
  • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss research
  • Follow AI developments and contribute to analyst engagement
  • Turn market research into positioning and go-to-market recommendations
  • Understand emerging competitors and established alternatives
  • Create differentiation, battlecards, objection-handling resources, and training
  • Create positioning and messaging for what customers can build, run, and monitor with Tines
  • Lead product marketing for new platform capabilities from audience and use-case identification through launch messaging, content, enablement, and measurement
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and customer-facing teams to equip them to address customer and evaluator questions
  • Create blogs, decks, webinars, guides, and product collateral
  • Collaborate with Content Strategy, engineering, solution engineering, customer success, and support to ensure accurate and useful content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience across product marketing, marketing, product management, technical or operational roles, or strategy consulting, including at least three years of direct product marketing experience
  • Experience marketing a technical B2B software product in a fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of how enterprise teams evaluate and buy software, particularly within IT
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy and adapt a narrative for different audiences
  • Practical experience using AI to solve business problems
  • Curiosity about the market and ability to discuss AI's strengths and limitations
  • Experience launching products or capabilities and bringing them to new audiences
  • Experience identifying use cases, understanding personas, and developing go-to-market programs
  • Strong research and analytical judgment
  • Ability to turn customer insight and competitive intelligence into a clear point of view
  • Ability to balance strategic, creative, and tactical work
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and create content and enablement independently
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across distributed teams
  • Ability to earn support for recommendations, defend them thoughtfully, and change approach when evidence calls for it
