About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analytics strategy for a portfolio of client businesses
  • Develop holistic, enterprise-level measurement frameworks
  • Design and oversee multi-year learning agendas and testing roadmaps
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on measurement strategy
  • Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and support growth of analytics work
  • Serve as senior guardian of analytical client relationships
  • Shape reporting, BI, dashboarding, and insight-delivery environments
  • Partner with BI and Data Engineering leads on data environments
  • Improve dashboards, visualizations, and strategic readouts
  • Recommend improvements involving technologies, data platforms, and measurement
  • Lead measurement connecting media performance to business outcomes, brand health, and enterprise ROI
  • Guide incrementality testing, forecasting, campaign evaluation, and modern measurement approaches
  • Help clients adopt privacy-safe and integrated marketing measurement strategies
  • Distill statistical and methodological concepts into business implications and recommendations
  • Connect Planning, Investment, Media, and Analytics teams
  • Raise organizational analytical maturity and improve cross-channel data usage
  • Track trends in measurement, privacy, AI, and media analytics
  • Create points of view and narratives around industry changes
  • Own the quality, usefulness, and business relevance of analytics strategy and outputs
  • Turn ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Identify and escalate growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10-12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or a related field
  • Meaningful client-facing strategic leadership experience
  • Proven track record designing measurement frameworks and learning agendas for large brands or complex businesses
  • Deep familiarity with MMM concepts, incrementality testing, unified measurement approaches, and modern measurement trade-offs
  • Prior CPG and/or Retail experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with syndicated and retail-oriented data sources and path-to-purchase dynamics
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong working understanding of BI tools, cloud data environments, SQL, and analytical methods
  • Ability to collaborate credibly with analysts, engineers, and data scientists without being a deep engineering owner
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve personal and team effectiveness
  • Ability to encourage responsible AI experimentation and coach others in role-appropriate, trust-but-verify use of AI
  • Demonstrated success leading analytics talent, growing capability, and improving strategic outputs through others
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytically oriented field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree is a plus
