About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the structuring of Change Management workstreams associated with the company’s strategic programs, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, ERP implementation, adjustments resulting from Tax Reform, digital transformation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
Structure and disseminate the corporate Change Management methodology, ensuring consistent application across corporate projects.
Develop organizational impact assessments, identifying risks, opportunities, readiness levels, and support needs for the areas involved.
Develop and monitor engagement, communication, training, and change sustainment plans.
Act as a strategic partner to leaders, supporting team mobilization and strengthening alignment between organizational messaging, behavior, and direction.
Define and monitor adoption, engagement, readiness, and change effectiveness metrics.
Consolidate executive metrics and transformation dashboards to support decision-making and the monitoring of strategic projects.
Facilitate workshops, alignment forums, training sessions, and development initiatives focused on organizational transformation.
Work collaboratively with Culture, Communications and Engagement, and other business functions to ensure a consistent experience throughout the changes.
Support cultural integration processes by promoting alignment among values, management practices, and ways of working during periods of expansion and the acquisition of new businesses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Change Management applied to organizational, digital, or cultural transformation projects is preferred.
Experience with large-scale programs involving system implementations, process redesign, organizational integrations, or business transformation is preferred.
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies, such as Prosci, CCMP, HUCMI, or similar frameworks.
Experience developing metrics, adoption measures, and performance tracking is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
Knowledge of data analysis and performance visualization tools.
