About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct legal reviews of supplier contracts and amendments across all areas of the company, and draft new instruments when necessary
- Draft contracts and amendments related to partnerships, intermediation, mediation, and sponsorships
- Provide legal support in creating and updating partnership agreements, particularly for projects involving new legislation or regulatory compliance requirements
- Assess the legal feasibility of internal and external campaigns and draft and review their rules and regulations
- Review Marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and communication best practices
- Draft notices, counter-notices, communications, letters, termination agreements, and releases
- Review regulations and contracts for new software implemented by the IT department, assessing risks, compliance, and legal requirements
- Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Prepare legal studies and opinions on a variety of topics
- Support the handling of judicial and administrative proceedings across all areas of law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Specialization in Contract Law or Corporate Law preferred
- Advanced or intermediate English preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) preferred
- Excellent writing skills and assertive communication
- Critical and strategic analysis of business contracts
- Good knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
- Technical knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code, collections, judicial reorganization, and Corporate Law is a plus
