About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop POS materials and merchandising assets aligned with brand and category strategies
- Support the development of execution strategies based on the shopper journey and commercial objectives
- Develop special projects for the point of sale, overseeing all implementation stages
- Prepare execution guides, merchandising manuals, and planograms to support commercial teams
- Ensure that developed materials follow execution guidelines and deliver an improved shopping experience
- Monitor project implementation in the field, assessing compliance and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze the performance of POS materials and implemented initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities
- Conduct post-implementation analyses (post-mortems), consolidating results and learnings
- Participate in planning and monitoring the volume of promotional and load-bearing materials
- Analyze market, execution, and sales data to support decision-making
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, and suppliers to ensure project execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Shopper Marketing, or related areas is preferred
- Experience managing projects and tracking timelines
- Knowledge of developing POS materials and promotional assets
- Experience creating planograms and point-of-sale execution materials
- Experience analyzing execution and performance indicators is a plus
- Knowledge of Scanntech is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
