About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Open and monitor support tickets with TOTVS
  • Participate in system upgrade, implementation, and improvement projects in collaboration with the IT team and other departments
  • Provide IT support to the Systems and BI teams by identifying tables and functions within Protheus and clarifying system-related questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Protheus structure and architecture is preferred, including AppServer, SmartClient, Webapp, Data Dictionary, RPO, and DBAccess
  • Knowledge of ADVPL and SQL (SQL Server)/Oracle
