About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth
  • Own the growth lifecycle from acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, identifying opportunities to improve customer lifetime value
  • Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, new markets, pricing and packaging strategies, monetization opportunities, and strategic partnerships
  • Translate growth opportunities into clear product strategies and prioritized cross-team initiatives
  • Lead continuous experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Define, track, and optimize key growth and business metrics using data to understand funnel performance
  • Use product analytics, behavioral data, and customer insights to develop hypotheses, inform decisions, and measure growth initiatives
  • Establish a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the product organization
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights into growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer behavior, and business performance
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers
  • Collaborate with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance teams to align product and go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Report to the Director of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years of experience in product management roles with significant experience driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization
  • Proven track record of driving growth through product-led growth (PLG), e-commerce, or similar product-led environments
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate experimentation programs
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and behavioral data platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and measurable business outcomes
  • Stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US
