Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and commercial/operational teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise user ecosystems
  • Ability to translate user insights into unified design strategy
  • Experience designing across responsive web, native mobile apps, and dedicated hardware
  • Strong perspective on emerging technologies and AI-driven automation in high-volume operational environments
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset
  • Experience conducting design reviews and iterating on designs
  • Ability to articulate design rationale confidently
