About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve outcomes for individuals with disabilities while increasing awareness of Tobii Dynavox products and services
- Provide high-quality remote and in-person consultation
- Build long-term relationships with clinicians, stakeholders, and end users
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team and Technical Support Team
- Strengthen and grow Tobii Dynavox’s presence across primarily Queensland and interstate
- Support clinicians and clients throughout product trials and remote sessions
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and information events 2–4 times per month
- Stay up to date with evidence-based practices and developments
- Represent Tobii Dynavox at conferences, expos, and industry events across Australia
- Travel regularly to visit recommenders and schools across the Brisbane area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Experience supporting AAC assessments, recommending and prescribing AAC devices, and contributing to funding applications
- Experience in hospitals, schools, private practice, or therapy organisations as a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
- Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or current AHPRA registration is required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage clinicians, stakeholders, and end users; understand diverse needs; build trusted relationships; and support recommendations and decisions
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel is required
