About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery on multiple projects
- Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders and maintain clear, regular communication
- Manage requirements, timelines, budgets and dependencies
- Coordinate day-to-day project work, including field research support and collaboration with the offshore development team
- Maintain accurate and current reporting on budget, scope, risk and project status
- Improve project delivery processes
- Deliver projects across diverse client partnerships with multidisciplinary designers, strategists and technologists
- Adapt communication and tools across varied stakeholder groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of project management experience in an agency, consultancy, government or similar environment
- Track record managing strategic, product or digital projects
- Understanding of human-centred design
- Ability to run projects involving research and iteration
- Comfortable with agile and waterfall approaches
- Collaborative, proactive and kind working style
- Legally able to work in Australia without restrictions
- Preference for Sydney/Gadigal-based; also open to Naarm/Melbourne
