About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery on multiple projects within a human-centred design service transformation program
- Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders and maintain clear, regular communication
- Manage requirements, timelines, budgets and dependencies across projects
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including supporting field research teams and working with the offshore development team
- Maintain accurate and current reporting on budget, scope, risk and project status
- Improve project delivery processes so the team can focus on impactful work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, consultancy, government or similar environment
- Track record managing strategic, product or digital projects
- Understanding of human-centred design
- Experience running projects with research and iteration built into them
- Comfortable with agile and waterfall approaches
- Solid project management toolkit
- Confidence using Atlassian, Microsoft and Google suites
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Business analysis experience is a bonus
- Collaborative, proactive and kind working style
- Must be legally able to work in Australia without restrictions
