About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own F&B delivery for assigned Burgess Park Shows and smaller camping festivals from contract sign-off through post-event reporting
- Lead event advancing, including supplier coordination, contracting status, infrastructure and site plan inputs, briefings and accreditation
- Create Health & Safety documentation and RAMS, ensuring legal and site-specific compliance
- Work with suppliers to exceed client expectations using Togather’s playbooks and processes
- Identify ways to engage suppliers and grow their event revenue
- Create post-event data packs and client reports, identifying improvement areas
- Maintain accurate records across Live 360, Asana and other event management platforms, meeting SLA milestones
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Represent Togather at industry events as needed
- Escalate complex commercial, safety or client issues to the Lead Event Producer or Delivery Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of event management and production experience within the events industry
- Preferably experience with F&B suppliers/traders at large-scale outdoor and experiential events
- Experience delivering complex production, operations, logistical and staffing projects
- Willingness to work on-site at public events, including weekends, late nights and early mornings
- Emotional intelligence, empathy and personable relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised and tech savvy, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Results-driven with a bias for action
- Ability to quickly learn new online tools
- Excel proficiency
- Commercial awareness, including cross-selling and upselling to grow revenue and deepen client relationships
- Creative and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability and enthusiasm to work as part of a team
