Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full UK drivers licence and access to a car
  • Experience and knowledge of housing/lettings or ideally social housing
  • Proven experience dealing with the public in person and over the phone
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations involving distressed, anxious, or reluctant individuals
  • Strong face-to-face customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Proven experience with diverse customers and effective situation management
  • Self-motivated with a solution-focused approach
  • Personal resilience in a fast-paced, demanding role
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Enhanced Criminal Disclosure required when a conditional offer is made
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Upper Calder Valley
