About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide virtual support to insurance brokers via email, WhatsApp, telephone, Microsoft Teams, and video calls
Provide support and guidance on products, processes, and commercial requests
Conduct regular virtual visits to monitor production, follow up on results, and recommend approved repair shops
Present the company and onboard new brokers during the first months of the relationship
Coordinate requests between brokers and internal departments, including claims, policy issuance, and underwriting
Monitor reports on pending quotes and renewals, identifying opportunities for improvement and conversion
Analyze broker participation in incentive programs and promote engagement and recognition initiatives
Develop personalized commitment plans for each broker
Handle specific requests from partner departments, serving as a technical reference for commercial matters
Prospect for and acquire new brokers
Support the development and promotion of micro-campaigns and commercial campaigns
Participate in strategic meetings, contributing insights and technical expertise
Analyze data and complex situations, and audit processes related to commercial performance, proposing improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Experience in commercial operations supporting insurance brokers
Knowledge of insurance
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
