About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recovery of amounts paid by the company, with a focus on reimbursement
- Follow up with and direct service providers and law firms responsible for collecting outstanding debts
- Monitor collection performance indicators, including visits, settlements, case progress, and resolution rates
- Analyze delinquency cases and define the appropriate course of action: negotiation, settlement, eviction, or legal proceedings
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and service providers
- Ensure processes move forward within established deadlines and with a results-oriented focus
- Analyze, validate, and monitor operational reports and Excel-based controls
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support the enhancement of the team’s processes
- Work on the recovery of credit for reimbursement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Experience analyzing Rental Guarantee Insurance claims
- Experience with reimbursement and financial recovery related to Rental Guarantee Insurance
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
