About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the IT policy and standards review cycle, from identifying upcoming expirations through obtaining approvals and publishing documents
- Lead governance processes related to IT policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare executive presentations for Technology leadership and strategic forums
- Consolidate governance, audit, and performance metrics for periodic reporting to leadership
- Support the Information Technology Master Plan (PDTI) process and prepare materials for executive management and the international headquarters
- Support corporate assessment processes, including the submission of evidence and documentation
- Operationally lead the annual EUC (End User Computing) mapping process by conducting meetings, monitoring responses, consolidating information, and classifying risks
- Lead processes related to the DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), coordinating schedules, updates, testing, evidence, and audit consolidations
- Support multidisciplinary IT initiatives with PMO responsibilities, tracking schedules, status, and deliverables across participating teams
- Develop reports, governance documentation, management updates, and executive presentations
- Provide occasional support for audits and other IT Governance activities during periods requiring operational coverage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid experience in IT Governance
- Knowledge of process mapping and Agile methodology
- Preferred certifications: ITIL or COBIT
- Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely
