About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct visits and consultative meetings with partners and clients to understand their operations, challenges, and needs.
- Map customer journeys, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities to improve the experience.
- Investigate the causes of low conversion rates, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate feedback from clients and partners.
- Prepare assessments and action plans with proposed improvements to products, processes, and services.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to enable solutions.
- Monitor the implementation of improvements and measure their impact on clients and partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Experience with real estate products, particularly rental guarantee insurance and rent-related products.
- Experience in customer experience (CX) management or consultative relationship management.
- Knowledge of customer journey and process mapping.
- Experience identifying and analyzing operational bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of experience metrics, such as NPS and customer satisfaction.
- Availability to travel throughout Brazil.
