About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Propose adjustments, develop specifications, and oversee system acceptance testing, conducting technical analyses and performing tests as needed.
Negotiate new business and contract renewals using corporate tools, statistical data, and market information.
Define requirements for the IT department based on previously defined and documented system enhancements.
Develop and implement methods for reviewing received invoices, analyzing supplier contracts and validating agreed-upon terms.
Develop and analyze management reports, consolidating relevant data to support decision-making.
Analyze and negotiate third-party contracts, evaluating clauses and terms in accordance with internal policies and company manuals.
Propose, prepare, and review internal and external communications in partnership with the Communications department.
Monitor and manage service providers’ performance through performance reports and key indicators.
Conduct market research and comparisons of products and services to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market research on trends and target-audience needs to support the development of new affinity products.
Perform analyses to assess the acceptance of high-value risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
Solid experience in product development.
Experience with Home and Condominium insurance products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI (data visualization and analysis).
