About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of finance-related projects and programs
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans across workstreams
  • Document requirements, As-Is and To-Be processes, business cases, financial analysis, benefits realization, scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and success measures
  • Lead planning for complex programs and projects across multiple streams
  • Oversee and approve project scope, schedule management, prioritization, and resource alignment
  • Advise on Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid framework selection and apply appropriate delivery methodologies
  • Develop business cases, including financials, for approval
  • Oversee risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Track project expenditure, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
  • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to project sponsors and senior leadership
  • Establish financial governance controls and support benefits realization tracking and post-implementation reviews
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
  • Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee, Executive Leadership, and Board-level reporting and presentations
  • Coordinate governance forums and document decisions, actions, risks, and outcomes
  • Maintain project charters, business cases, governance artefacts, status reports, RAID logs, and implementation plans
  • Monitor project performance and provide reporting and strategic insights
  • Lead project decision-making and advise on complex decisions
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management, including change impact assessments and process adoption
  • Advise on resource management, resolve conflicts, optimize allocation, and train team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in Finance transformation, systems, or automation projects
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and governance
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience in business case development, process improvement, and requirements documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
  • Ability to manage project finances, reporting, and benefits realization
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Must be entitled to work in Singapore
  • Must be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical
